We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rotary timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you purchase to the moment you decide your watch is the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all warranty cards and manuals, ensuring it is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned timepiece, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
